- (2021-12-31) edward komito: Not much positive I can say about this one. There's no way to enter expenses manually. Everything has to be downloaded from your bank. Yikes. Think about his a moment. Who is on the other side? You've turned over banking and password information to a totally unknown entity who might or might not be playing by the rules. Do you know where the company is located? Do we know who management is if there is a breach? No and no as far as I can tell. I think I'll pass on this bargain for the time being.
- (2021-12-22) NB NB: This software can log any transaction as long as you know some basic accounting, and more importantly structure usuable reports in any way you need. I pay $150 a month to QuickBooks and would rather pay $300 to Zipbooks due to how easy and user friendly it is. The only problem is that it cannot download transactions properly from my bank, RBC, on the day to day basis. It will download correctly on the initial load. The staff say it's a problem with my bank, but considering QuickBooks can download them correctly every time, it's more of a problem with Zipbooks. However, Zipbooks blames a third party software after being called out on it. This would be my only software accounting solution, if it could download my transactions, and I would push this on all of my family/friends if it could.

What makes this program even better is all the support you get in the bookkeeping world. Karin has been my main point of contact in my setting up Zipbooks and she has just been so helpful, kind and she knows her stuff!!. Karin is really the person who kept me onboard Zipbooks and with out Karin's assistance, I would have had such a hard time with categorization. Thankyou Zipbooks for understanding small business.

None of the categories fit the purpose so I didn't end up using it.

I have a very small business that requires basic book keeping so the free option is working perfectly for me. Also the online customer support is great; the response time is about 24 hrs and each time they have solved my issues so many thanks. :)
- (2017-05-30) Kenneth Shumaker: Easy to use, works as well as high cost software. These folks have awesome customer service, very attentive and know their product. The new version is now optimized for Windows 10 as well. Takes a few moments to learn the interface control but is simple, quick and awesome.

This is by far the best service I've used to date. It is truly intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is excellent and quick to respond. The chat service worked afterall and someone contacted me. Tried to solve the problem and works ok today. I hope it stays that way.

This software is excellent for basic bookkeeping to track expenses, income, send invoices and receive payments. it also includes a feature to track time spent on different different tasks which can be billed at different rates, which is a very important feature for me. This software is extremely easy. I never studied accounting but I was able to figure it out in a short period of time. I have the software on my 'droid so I can insert info while going to visit clients. I have contacted the support team and they responded within minutes! This software is free, and for a new business woman this is music to my ears. ZIPBOOKS, I LOVE YOU.

Zipbooks was recommended to me by a friend and I have been so happy with the way it is set up. I can access it from anywhere and it is very easy to use. This tool is excellent for basic bookkeeping to track expenses, income, send invoices and receive payments. However, it also includes the excellent feature to track time spent on different projects and different tasks within those projects, which can all be billed at different rates. The user interface is extremely simple for someone without an accounting background to pick up and use right away. The support team also is very responsive! I'm quite excited to see what features will be added soon.

I don't use all of the items available but I'm a very very small company and wanted something simple that would work for me without any fees for a simple task. Zipbooks does that. I hope to use more of it as my company grows and if the fees are required for those actions, I hope to be happy with the choice.
