Suspend inactive tabs at startup to free up resources
This extension will automatically invoke the browser's Memory Saver feature to prevent tabs from loading when they are restored, without disrupting your browsing session. If you keep lots of tabs open, this can prevent resource allocation to tabs you will not use. Each tab will load when activated.
Feature: Pinned tabs will be unaffected (but Chrome may decide not to load them).
Limitations: The first tab in the window may also be unaffected.
Going offline? If you need to restore tabs before disconnecting from the internet, click the Restore Suspended Tabs button in the popup.

- This didn't work for me, I tried 4 times to retore my tabs from my saved session, from the previous day, and set it on strict, which seems to be the only thing to set in "Options" ..and each time it DID NOT do what it's name says: "Suspend Tabs at Startup" . All my tabs try loading at the start of the browser, and there is no option to suspend them.

- Works at 90%. Some tabs still loads at startup even in strict settings. What You can implement is, as soon as the browser starts it sends a discard signal like what this extension does(https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/tab-discard-suspender/eackfaijnihopppechdgblecghggkome) but it's manual not automatic.

- I like this extension, if you enabled option chrome startup to "continue where you left of", you definitely need this extension, because loading a lot of tab make chrome startup take a lot of resource. Thanks for creating this amazing extension dev
