No more hassle in appointments and documentations, everything is done in one place where I am able to record, edit and export in either pdf or excel files. The free version has most of the options for me to specify for my own use in various form and so easy to create. Thanks Jotform !

• (2019-09-26) Center for Ministry Studies ': I've been using JotForm for about 4 years and, aside from a couple of issues, LOVE it! I especially like the fallibilities in the following areas: ease of building a form (once past the learning curve which isn't that difficult!), email confirmations to submitters, email back to us with a PDF attachment, ability to download responses in multiple ways. I really could go on and on. There are two features I'd like to see: 1) a standard PDF format of responses that is simple and compact and 2) a 'disabled form'page that is attractive and more editable to a user needs, currently that page looks terrible.

Very easy to use, and we can integrate many useful pulgins like Google Docs, and it allows real time calculations without installing scripts. I like that I have connected it to my Google account so I can have form responses go into a Google Spreadsheet. Recommended!

Our residents are able to fill out forms on both our webpage and our mobile site, whereas they previously had to hand write it and FAX it! This has made sharing information incredibly easy. The site is very use friendly, and the integrations are countless. I HIGHLY recommend this site for any organization on a budget.

• (2016-11-23) Bryan Esper: I came across JotForm by accident earlier this year looking for an easy way to build a PDF form. I was struggling at work to figure out how to use Adobe products and JotForm seemed very easy to work with. I had to put my project on the back burner because other more important things came up but when I finally got back around to working on the form, JotForm made my life so easy! I was able to put together a form with very little effort in under a few hours and get it all set up for my company to use. What's more is that it has significantly increased our efficiency in processing customer refunds. I highly recommend this company and will continue using them in the future!

I started using it myself and can't believe how much it has simplified everything I do. As a recruiter, I have a lot of emails coming in. I have been able to publish my jotform link to many of the career postings I have put out and simplified the process of everything going to one source and available to me at the click of a button or two! I only wish I would have known about it sooner!!

Being able to store form results on Jotform as well as in a Google Sheet is huge. Being able to upload files to a form is a big feature for our use. It used to be so hard to create complicated submission and feedback mechanisms, JotForm makes it very simple and effective.

• (2016-09-30) Coco Cagle: JotForm is a great application that we use in my business. I inherited it and was so easy to switch over 'admin' roles when the previous person left the company. I had virtually no questions it was so easy to pick up, update and navigate through settings, forms and submissions from our website. Pricing is reasonable for our usage (warranty form) too.

Although some things such as forwarding/receiving the e-mails to a proper e-mail address, so that the e-mails are not only readable on Jotform could work better. Also the UI for reading messages directly on Jotform isn't exactly optimal as it's very slow if you have many messages to read or if you need to find a message a that you received a while ago.
