This one is not only reliable, it's full-featured. More than I could ask for. It'll let you name individual scroll positions. Rearrange their ordering. Even launch a web page laying out what scroll positions you've marked on different web pages and get back to those with a click. Wonderful to see such thoughtful extensions being written.
