Doctor Photo allows you to import any photo on the web and drag and drop various graphic overlays such as mustaches, halos, horns, etc. to adorn the photo. Use any public photos from SkyDrive, Facebook, Dropbox, or any valid public jpg, png or gif image on the web. Saving is limited, but right now you can screen capture if you like, and share away.

- (2014-01-15) Lily Tucker: It's a fun app... But there's a lot of work cut out for who ever made it. I can tell they spent more time on the logo than the site it's self. Compared to some of the other, more well known photo overlay apps/sites there are, this really isn't very impressive. Any one with mediocre Photoshop skills could execute what this app does. However, if you're just looking for a quick way to put a couple funny effects on a photo, Doctor Photo isn't all that bad.
