This app is for people who know that an overloaded inbox can be annoying. Why does the problem appear? Of course it's all about the growth of information. But we also have something else. Email works pretty much the same way that it has worked for over 40 years.
Let's look at the inbox overloading problem a bit closer. If you work on your project with more than 2 people the CC fields will not be empty, right? First this means that tons of copies will be accumulated pretty soon. Second you'll have many ideas that are fixed in emails but each of them divided between different emails or even between different chains of emails.
So, you may find any email, but the complete understanding of what is happening in the project is blurred. And it gets worse with every new mail.
Rizzoma allows you and your coworkers to get rid of tons of unread emails.
How does it work? One document for all participants. No need to sent a CC because the project team has a possibility to see what changes are online. In realtime. Everybody being able to add new replies to any part of the document. In an easy way that doesn't break the structure of the document. You can set the access rights for each collaborator: viewer, editor, commenter. To send someone a direct message you can use the special tag @mentions. So, there is no more email ping-pong.
Ideas could be divided in Rizzoma between different places in one document or between different documents. But stay cool, it's not a problem because it's easy to structure documents and combine parts of a fragmented idea together. So, every team member can understand what is happening—all changed documents are highlighted in the Activity stream (and all changes are highlighted in the document itself as well).
There is nothing to wait from emails, join Rizzoma right now.

- (2013-04-24) Yury Ilinikh: Guys, thank you for the service! We use Rizz as a knowledge base to increase our efficiency. If the task is kind of complex we save all the information on it in Rizzoma, structure it creating the knowledge base where we keep on working with new coming information. It's very convenient, every moment we have up-to-date info and it is being regularly renewed.

It's convenient to keep all the information, discussions and tasks in one place, and there is no distracting email correspondence. My conclusion is as follows: recommended for usage.

- (2013-04-02) Simon V Sergeev: 5 stars for idea and performance! It is recognised that some of the functions work a bit awkward and buggy. But the app works stable enough as long as my team use it (more than 8 months). Moreover, the app is updating pretty often and becoming more and more powerful. Thanks for saving us from tons of emails.
