- (2015-09-17) James Danell: I use Kaizena Mini exclusively (a Google Docs add-on) and love it most of the time. I teach German and find it to be a very good way to bring problems to a student's attention and then walk them through a specific solution to their specific problem without giving them the answer or leaving them with no idea what could be wrong here. The team at Kaizena has consistently made improvements, and whenever I have had an issue, they have responded pretty quickly. I have found it to be very easy to use, so easy in fact, that even college students can figure it out! The only issue that is surfacing is that the Mini version has become less reliable when saving audio feedback. Increasingly, Mini hangs when saving an audio comment and I am forced to close out the document, reload the add on, and re-record the feedback.
