- (2019-06-11) Giusi Bruno: AUDIO
- (2019-05-06) Tinystar: I couldn't use it because the time limit on free is 5 minutes and I needed to edit 30 minutes
- (2019-04-28) Snerman Wilson: You need to buy the app to listen to your files in stereo. I need to remove this from Google Drive.
- (2019-02-28) Nobody Yuno: apparently a purchase of a subscription is required to operate this editor. it doesnt have good reviews and most extensions for chrome OS i have tried are complete failures so i didnt waste any time signing up for a program with a ton of features and only one that works poorly. sorry, im a product of theenvironment. chrome OS is on its way out im afraid/
- (2018-12-27) Kalithium: Maybe you should allow us to have more time when recording, but this thing is garbage, on top of that. We have no choice but to choose mono because We cant ad another track towards the previous track. This is the worst app I have ever downloaded.
- (2018-10-16) Mink Franchise: I haven't used twisted wave in a while because I wasn't using Google drive..Now that the studio is back online... I opt to used Twistedwave (which Was the only one I Liked back then) to find my files erased and the new plan with totally unuseful for any one who produces music for a living, and the price tier? ....ridiculous!!! I only use TwistedWave with GSuite (which I'm already paying for). YOU CHARGE MORE THAN AN ENTIRE SUITE YOU ARE BEING USED TO AID!!! If you want to make premium standalone prices then invent a premium standalone app.. or service. Deleted... lol... Wow. Just like you did my files. (I Looked at your over all rating and read the first comment before I posted to see if I was tripping, maybe you should do the same.)
- (2018-08-09) Autumn Calahan: The free version works to cut music, but converts all files from stereo to mono. Also, you cannot upload a song longer than five minutes. Worked for a while, but now it's just annoying.
- (2018-01-30) Kevin M: this extension injected ads into my google searches. blatant adware.
- (2018-01-09) Brendan McLeod: Clumsy and pop ups like it is a virus.
- (2017-10-15) Ola Winje: I get "you need to install flash player", even if I have it installed and it's working fine in other apps
- (2017-08-04) Tommy “Tommy Gun” Cason: SO far so good. I will know more in time soon.
- (2017-05-17) Khanyile Mandzebe (ProwDeKaff): thumps up!
- (2017-03-31) Pikachu Pokemon: Great, slightly complicated, but gets the job done
- (2017-01-18) Niamh Andrews: No options to trim clip. Terrible App
- (2017-01-17) Olson Butterfield: Can't make it play an attachment
- (2017-01-04) BurningSkulls Music: sucks doesnt even work and it looks out dated as hell
- (2016-12-22) Colegio de Abogados: ok
- (2016-10-21) HUMKI .A R.M.: very good
- (2016-09-06) Mia: dont get it, it seriously doesn't work :(
- (2016-07-30) Excellent online recording, editing recorder. Thanks so much.
- (2016-07-21) Kennedy McDowell: This is the best thing EVER total lifesaver
- (2016-06-07) Matt Mathis: This is not a self contained sound editor: it is a cover for a web based sound editor that requires copying your content to their site.
- (2016-06-04) Tom j Dolan: Best Audio edit program with the least Drama...and best of all is the Support which is personal and focused. For professional results there are many "headaches" and long-learning curves...TW isn't one of them. I use the full-version and can't speak about any others, but in the VoiceOver biz, this is highly regarded.
- (2016-06-03) Jon Powell: Way too clingy, I don't like being this attached. GET OFF MY CHROMEBOOK!!!! I DO NOT WANT YOU AS MY DEFAULT AUDIO PLAYER. I might visit your website later.
- (2016-06-01) Gin Albinson: u gotta pay
- (2016-05-01) R M: Website won't even come up
- (2016-04-11) Myk Freedman: this sucks
- (2016-04-08) Miranda Adama: I appreciate that it is free, but it's entirely useless for most recording needs.
- (2016-03-31) Albert Robbins: Horrendously slow to load and a misleading very limited use statement
- (2016-03-26) shaun pride: good
- (2016-03-14) Jeff Kelly: It works, but just being able to download and play five minute clips sucks
- (2016-02-20) Zoe Wallace: Wasn't the right program for me
- (2016-02-16) It sucks
- (2015-12-27) Michelle Haydel: To only be able to edit a 5 minute file is completely POINTLESS!!! How many audio files are only 5 mins., which is why I'm assuming you did this format. You need to have an option to edit and store the files locally and therefore not needing to pay for your server space. Even if I was willing to pay for the highest option, it still doesn't give me enough storage to edit the files I'm needing to edit!!!!!
- (2015-12-18) Kyle Jackson: To clarify, as of today, the free account you can sign up for only offers Mono recording at a max of 16 bit, 48KHz. Further, the max file length is 5 minutes and the max storage is 1 hour. For my needs, not at all useful.
- (2015-12-15) Micha: terrible.
- (2015-11-16) Wolf: Tried it for a while, it was a complete waste, so I did what anyone would do and deleted it. However, what I and a lot of people didn't know is that deleting this thing isn't fully possible! I removed it from my chrome apps so now it says "add to chrome", I've even reinstalled and tried again. DIDN'T WORK!! Instead it set itself as my default player, no thanks, so I had to change default player. I didn't know how until I did some clicking and guess work. Needless to say it's dead now, still on my chromebook but wont be accessed again! If you have this problem here's how to remove it as your default player!! to do so follow the steps it's easy -- 1. single click an audio file 2. At the top right of the blue you should see "Open" click it (it should be next to the "person/share" and "delete" button) 3. scroll down to the "change default option" 4. Click which player you want to be default
- (2015-09-22) Robert Łapiński: Unable to download edited file, there's no info that this is limited version and requires paid subscription to unlock stereo mode. Wouldn't recommend it.
- (2015-09-21) Sean St. Jean: This app is NOT completely free. "Completely free" means that it has a reasonable level of functionality. The fact is that unless you pay, you cannot create files longer than 5 minutes. That is obviously an arbitrary limit designed to push people over to the paid side. I am okay with paying for a product if that is your revenue model. However, if you call something "free", it is bad form and poor business practice to then impose limitations to a degree that it cannot be effectively used.
- (2015-09-17) Gabe Ostransky: It worked perfectly. I don't know if this was a glitch or not, but I was extending a song, and I copied my selection, then held down ctlr+v to paste it as much as I could, and a bunch of pop-ups came up telling me I reached my time limit of 5 minutes. That's not the glitch. I then played it through to see what it sounded. Then I heard the most horrifying glitch screech you could possibly imagine of. I paused and went to check the loudness of it. Everything was perfect, and I saw no evidence of the screech. I probably pasted it too much and glitched it.
- (2015-06-07) Bruce Jordan: need more features
- (2015-04-24) Pete Collins: its ok, lacks a lot of the functionality compared to Audacity, multiple tracks, ability to set points of level changes, Audacity is free without the 5min /20 hr routine, works really well, this one .. meh.. wish there was something on par for the chrome OS
- (2015-04-24) Warrior Cats: I LOVE IT SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!
- (2015-04-06) Crisis: Whenever I tried to open a file, it would say that I had too many channels on the file and would only open a blank page
- (2015-03-13) Patrick Russell: Wish audacity existed. Created an account. Get 5 mins limitation. Or pay $5 a month. So no - it isn't free unless you are working with small files
- (2015-01-28) Mika Davies: I absolutely loved this app and used it all the time to make voice recordings. Recently it has been playing up, I mean a lot and know it asks me to pay money when its not even working well. I loved it but now hate it. Whats up people you want us to pay know it doesn't barley work!!!
- (2015-01-17) Doug Lamb: Only mono without buying a subscription.
- (2015-01-08) meta lithic era ltd unlimited: Ease of use, and "undo" features are rad... Effects, and parameters a lil clunky on beta version, but, the price is right! rad
- (2014-12-26) Martine Robson: Completely useless. I just want to record a few short audio books for my 3 year old niece and this just isn't doing the job at all!
