Mindfulness App helps you to stay focused throughout the day.
By default it plays a mindful sound in every 5 minutes. Why 5 minutes? Because it is the perfect period to understand the perception of time.
You can also customize it to suit your needs. Click on ‘Customize Me’ link below Start/Stop button to set your preferred time, volume and sound. You can select the sound that you like from the available 4 sound types. All sounds are inspired by Zen and Meditation practices.
