(1) Input a bid amount and calculate the total price you will pay if you win an item at a that given bid. That is your winning bid, buyer's premium, and sales tax included.
(2) Input the total price you are willing to pay and calculate the maximum amount you should bid so the buyer's premium and tax don't catch you off guard.
