- (2025-03-22) Ian Commerford: It does work, but it's very crude - it essentially just scrolls the browser, right-clicks on each media and downloads. It would be quite slow for large numbers of files. I don't think it's worth paying for, instead I think extracting the Whatsapp media from the phone app using paid tools developed for iOS or Android is cleaner and faster. (Also instructions need to be updated because Chrome by default blocks the whatsapp website from downloading multiple files at once, so this setting had to be changed for the extension to work)
