MailFlow Pro helps you send personalized mail merge campaigns from Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365 using CSV or JSON files. Import recipients, use variables such as {{name}}, review each message and choose between OAuth API, session API or web automation depending on your account and workflow.
The extension is local-first: campaign files, settings, progress and results are stored in your browser. MailFlow Pro does not use its own backend and does not upload your contact lists to external MailFlow Pro servers. You can close the popup and continue checking campaign progress from the persistent side panel.
