Recruiting Extension, a tool designed to improve and optimize the personnel selection process in the recruitment area. It consists of a browser extension and an administrative back office.
Through the extension, the end user will be able to view information processed by a language model about a candidate's profile while searching through LinkedIn.
The administrative user will use the back office to enrich the available information from open searches coming from the operations database. With the enriched and approved information, the language model will be able to more accurately infer the candidate's compatibility for that search.
