- (2024-11-26) Katrina Meyers: Simple and effective and exactly what I needed! We often do screen shares on tickets with customers and want to hide the internal comments that they cannot see (we use ServiceDesk project in Jira for our customer interaction). This button hides the comments and displays a small yellow line as a visual indicator that there is a hidden internal comment. THANK YOU THANK YOU!! Atlassian needs to just build this in, but in the meantime, I greatly appreciate your time and effort on this extension!
