Being a person who sometimes has problems with focusing on certain things, I found the synchronized text highlighting and options to adjust the settings of TTS very useful. The option to upload any document to be read effortlessly is outstanding, and it also includes a magnifying tool that helps people minimize eye strain during long periods. Other nice touches are the option to customize colors and add night modes to make it as flexible as possible for a wide range of users. Definitely, the developers have designed this extension with accessibility in mind, and it shows. Highly recommended is ReadMate for its usability and effectiveness!
