- There has been a recent change, where every time we open a browser on our windows computer we need to logon to Bitdefender and then secure pass vault. it is effectively unusable now. The help instructions advise to change settings that don't exist.

- Complete disaster, much worse than the previous password app. Fails to autofill and when it finally does try to autofill, the hovering window of securepass is blocking other drop down tables underneath from the website and I can't fill up forms in any other way than just disabling securepass. Will be likely looking for a replacement very soon.

- Bitdefender needs to return to the desktop-based Bitdefender Wallet. Securepass keeps going inactive (even though used daily) and I have to log in to the Bitdefender website to get it to work again. I should not have to keep logging in to the Bitdefender website so I can use the SecurePass. I should only have to enter my Securepass password. I don't know what the cause is but that was not necessary with the PC based Wallet. I understand there are some benefits to Securepass, but those benefits are negligible if I have to keep logging into the main Bitdefender website to use the Securepass extension which stores the very password that I use to log in to the Bitdefender website. The Bitdefender website then emails a verification and I have to log in to another site which also requires a password which was stored in Securepass. Please allow customers the option to use Bitdefender Wallet or Securepass and provide better support for both.

- Autofil does not work. And having to go through my entire vault tagging each password as favourite was a pain in the ***. Dont waste your time with this useless effort! The help guide does not work on Windows or Android. Stick with password manager!!!! The rest of Bitdefender stuff is great but this is lame!

- Worst pos I've ever used. Will not work, could not import from Bitdefender password manager, will not autofill. This extension just does not work the way it should. I had no issues with password manager before, this is a downgrade.

I samo isklučit uslugu bez upozorenje baš super sad nemogu do lozinki puno hvala Very impractical unlike the former much easier to use Bitdefender Password Manager. And just turn off the service without a warning, really great, now I can't access the passwords, thank you very much Bitdefender Password Manager WAS BETTER AND EASIER TO USE. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN.

- Ich benutze seit Jahren für mich und die Familie das Bitdefender Premium Paket. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit, da es zu besten Anti-Viren-Programmen auf dem Weltmarkt zählt. Es arbeitet zuverlässig und schnell ohne die PC-Resourcen zu belasten. Am Anfang benutze ich für die Passwortverwaltung den Passwort Manager von Bitdefender. Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich aber auf den Nachfolger Bitdefender SecurePass umgestellt und bin damit ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Der Umstieg vom Passwort Mananger zu SecurePass fand ich etwas kompliziert; aber es hat sicht echt gelohnt und ich finde die Weiterentwicklung des Tools einfach Klasse ! Hier zeigt sich - wie in den vergangenen Jahren - dass nicht nur das Anti-Viren-Programm stetig auf dem neusten Stand gehalten wird, sondern auch neuste Weiterentwicklungen dem Kunden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Vielen Dank dafür !

- I've been using this for a while and I'm kinda disappointed. I don't even remember when the "Open & Fill" functionality stopped working. Sometimes form-filling works. I liked the previous product better.

- Absoluut onmogelijk SecurePass te installeren. Ben mijn herstelsleutel kwijt en zou niet weten waar hem te vinden. Onduidelijke verwijzingen die er op neer komen dat ik weer moet inloggen.

- Extremely complicated and frustrating to navigate. i spent an entire day loading my passwords in the vault and I have no idea how to access it. There is literally NO information or clue when you open bitdefender and then secure pass. Wtf am I paying for?

- Does what it says it does. I manage passwords for our family. We are currently using Keeper, but in the past I've also used 1Password and KeePass. Managing permissions and users can be a pain on those platforms. SecurePass is fast, easy to use and integrates with the major browsers. Migrating required me to change Keeper's csv column headers to align with SecurePass, as SecurePass isn't compatible with Keeper's format. Other than that its been a breeze.

- Pretty efficient at saving information and filling it out for the user and even creating safe passwords. In the rare occasion, it will log out for some reason. Aside from that, finding it very useful since I subscribed to it about 1 year ago.

- I'm having the same issue, I have to keep inputting the master password for the account it should already be setup with, and also despite "'clicking" remember this computer, I still have to keep inputting the same information which defeats the purpose of the password manager if it's not saving, updating, or auto-populating the username and password fields.

- I have tried and tried to install SecurePass and got so mad that I removed the entire program. I had my son an Internet Architect with over 20 years of experience and he threw his hands up. Why do you have to make it so complicated? You are not impressing anyone. You are just pissing people off.

- Sehr unkompliziert in der Handhabung - man sollte sich aber im Klaren sein, dass es ein starkes MasterPW braucht, oder einen Passkey (mobil) damit das ganze auch wirklich Sinn ergibt. Habe das ganze Paket von Bitdefender für einen extrem guten Kurs geschossen und bin damit sehr zufrieden.

- Just installed SecurePass and having many issues with it populating userid/password and in addition, not recognizing previous accounts that I've set up and prompting me to once again, add them to the application. Not happy at all with this app and seriously considering abandoning using it.

- It works really good on Windows, but on macOS is pretty bad. Every time I have to log in to my Bitdefender account just to use it, which isn’t great. I’m not sure if the issue is with Safari or the extension. but aside from that, it’s excellent on Windows.

- une miserable application. je regrette déja mon achat après 2h d'utilisation. bitdefender n°1 ? c'est une usine àgaz.... on ne comprend rien. pas intuitif ni à intaller ni à configurer. sachant que je me debrouille assez bien en informatique, je crois qu'un néofite deviendra fou.....

- I believe securepass works but it keeps on signalling that it does not. Error code 402 reappears continuously and seems to be stuck in a loop whatever I try to do. The worst: it may seem to work, so I work with passwords while I am not sure it is reliable. Not even a proper helpdesk.

- I used the Password Manager for several years, and even the new password sharing options are quite handy, there are 3 features that I miss: 1) the ability to use the app in InPrivate windows (you do not have the option to make it available for InPrivate, in any browser) 2) the option to view all data categories directly from the toolbar icon (passwords, credit cards, notes, identities) - you have to go in the main window to view/copy data from a credit card, for example 3) and the 3rd, and the most important from the 3, in terms of security, you no longer have acces to the Secure me option - even if you go in the main window, in Settings, you still no longer have the option to see all your sessions and log out of them if needed.

- I have twice contacted support because when I try to open the secure pass extension, it doesn't work and in bitdefender central it states that it is not set up when in fact, it is downloaded.

- I am asked twice to sign in as well, "remember me" does nothing to solve this, it has broken again, flickering between a dark mode and a light mode. both exceeding different UI's It's difficult to navigate the old style was way better. The issues are even to the point that others who have this application will not update it due to this difficulty. For this reason, I am looking elsewhere.

- Einrichtung funktioniert nicht. Auch ich gebe auf, da mein Fachwissen anders gelagert ist. User sind bei Bitdefender so ziemlich auf sich allein gestellt. Hilfe? Erstmal nur online = Lesen, Selbststudium und viel Zeit für eine möglicherweise einfache von Bitdefender zu lösende Sache opfern. Ohne mich, da bin ich raus. Sie sollten sich mehr in die Lage der User versetzen und Ihr Zufriedenheit , was den einfachen physisischen Support angeht, intern lösen. Ein stolzer Preis beinhaltet eigentlich auch einen sehr guten Support.

- Installation??? So ein Schwachsinn. Immer wieder "Verlängern Sie..." Installation... Und dann steht da im Angebot 19,99 €, nach Download werden aber 29,99 € berechnet. Alles nicht gut. So behält man keine Kunden!

- Bonjour Pourquoi deux étoiles? Parce qu'il ne fonctionne pas pourtant Bitdefender central et total security indique que je suis abonné. A la demande j'installe l'extention qui est impossible à mettre en fonction et de plus on n'y comprend rien à sa mise en oeuvre bref du gâchis d'argent encore Il demande de créer un mot de passe ce que je fais et il tourne en boucle sans rien de plus

- I really like the new design of the product, it feels much more refined compared to the previous version of the password manager. While I've encountered some autofill issues with a few services I use, I appreciate the direction the product is heading and the steady stream of updates. I'm confident it'll continue to improve over time.
