- So, I joined & got a $25.00 welcome bonus. "It will move to your Available Balance 5 days after you: Have your withdrawal details updated Earn $5.00 confirmed cashback from purchases" I also have a $15.55 cashback from a purchase. HOWEVER, what they don't tell you is it takes FOREVER to get cashback confirmed !!!My Ebay purchase/cashback will not be confirmed until SEPT 8....2 MONTHS from purchase. So don't expect to get your cashback in a timely matter. Very disappointed !!!

- Shopback always emphasises up to maximum 4.5% cash rebatt but I receive only 0.0036% cash rebatt for a air ticket that I booked with Trip.com through Shopback. I paid much higher price but received very littel cash reward. So DO NOT book any hotel/ticket with Trip.com through Shopback.

- Honestly the add on is good but the constant, never ending pop ups is just ridiculous and anything but a human-centred design.. at least have an option to disable the pop-ups if you can't have a better way of notifying users when deals are available!

- Great and convenient app! However, I do hope the shopback pop-up could be smaller because it tends to overlap the dropdown menu when I am trying to hover on my profile on websites like Shopee/Aliexpress/etc. Just a slight change but it will make a big difference in the user experience.
