The Hi Marley Chrome Extension helps streamline the claims process by automatically detecting phone numbers and claim numbers within certain websites and linking them to existing cases in Hi Marley. When a number is found:
- If a related case exists, the extension inserts an icon next to the number. Clicking the icon will open the corresponding case in Hi Marley directly in the browser's side panel.
- If no case is found, the icon will be gray and open the cases page in the side panel, allowing you to easily create a new case for that number.
This extension is ideal for claims handlers and customer service teams using Hi Marley, improving workflow efficiency and case management by providing quick access to cases without leaving the current page.
