Trying to install the multiple exposure app, an app like many of these that should be included with the camera to begin with! But at least if you're going to rob me more Sony, at least make it work!

Trying to install an app on the camera itself also won't work as it just gets stuck there at payment information as well. Completely dysfunctional software.

• (2020-12-17) Toto: Ich wollte nur die App Mehrfachbelichtung kaufen , installieren und Fotos machen. Das Ergebnis.... 5x versucht die App auf die Kamera zu laden... Fehlanzeige... Nur eine Anzeige: "SERVERFEHLER BITTE SEITE NACH EINER WEILE NEU STARTEN (#9201 ) dafür aber auch 5x 4.99 € bezahlt. Kontaktaufnahme nach Sony ohne Ergebnis.

Kills me that if I reset my camera, I will have to re-install everything again as I did here. Just want to do timelapse work without a headache, it should be built in to the camera rather than a $10 add-on.

• (2020-07-21) NEEP: Absolut unbrauchbar, Zahlvorgänge waren erst nach der Opferung meines Erstgeborenen und einem Aderlass möglich. Die Apps die ich drauf habe funktionieren auf der Kamera gut, aber die Installation und der Weg dort hin sind lang, hässlich, grauenvoll und schmerzhaft. Bei wem es noch nicht zu spät ist, dem kann ich nur die Empfehlung geben sofort abzubrechen und es erst garnicht zu versuchen, weil sonst endet euer Tag in Polizeilichem Gewahrsam, wegen Körperverletzung. Bei Benutzung dieses Tools nicht komplett durchzudrehen und Amok zu laufen ist eine Herausforderung.
• (2020-07-01) Barfuss Lothar: Wie nicht anders zu erwarten, der letzte Schrott. Unverschämt, dass man bei der Bewertung dieser App noch genötigt wird, einen Stern abzugeben! Sony ist nicht in der Lage für die Sony-Kamera DSC-HX60V alternative Download-Möglichkeiten anzubieten, oder wird ganz einfach, was eher anzunehmen ist, von der US-Krake Google verpflichtet, ihre Apps ausschließlich über die Chrome anzubieten. Haben diesen verfluchten Schnüffel-Browser widerwillig, weil gezwungenermaßen installiert. Ebenso den PlayMemories Camera Apps Downloader. Weil das Update einer vor Jahren gekauften App nur über vorheriges Deinstallieren möglich ist, bin ich Schritt für Schritt der Online-Hilfe gefolgt, und jetzt gucke ich dumm aus der Google-Wäsche!!! Nach aufrufen der als bezahlt gekennzeichneten Anwendung werde ich seit Stunden immer und immer wieder aufgefordert, Chrome und PlayMemories zu installieren. Egal, was ich auch tue, das Resultat ist immer das Gleiche!! Sitzen in der Zentrale von Google in Mountain View inzwischen nur noch Programmierer mit dem IQ ihres Präsidenten!?!?

THEN TELLS ME IT'S WRONG! Just go round and round in endless circles. It would be easier to break into a bank, than get this to work.

• (2019-11-09) Alupolis1 Sargianidis: Κακή εφαρμογή, αδικεί κατάφορα την πολύ καλή δουλειά που κάνουν στις μηχανές τους. Αγόρασα μηχανή γιατί υποτίθεται υποστηρίζει λειτουργία time lapse αλλά δυστυχώς διαπίστωσα οτι στη χώρα μας αυτή η λειτουργία δεν είναι διαθέσιμη. Κρίμα πραγματικά.

• (2019-06-07) salman alkandari: I completely agree that the website kinda sucks. but after playing around for ten minutes i figured it out. I have the A7ii, and install this extension while the camera is connected to your computer and is ON. After it is installed and the camera is on, (make sure you leave the extension installed on chrome) go back to the website PlayMemories and it should detect your camera and should be easy from there.

• (2019-05-10) Günther Meier: PSN Gutschein gekauft und eingelöst. In der Kamera wollen Sie trotzdem extra die Kreditkartendaten, wäre ja auch zu leicht gewesen. Ok, dann über den Browser. PC Version wird ohne Nachfrage heruntergeladen, ok Mac Version installiert, Neustart..... nix!!! Warum man es nicht einfach nur im Browser kaufen kann und dann einfach in der Kamera istalliert, erschliesst sich mir nicht, sie wollen eigentlich wohl keine Apps verkaufen :(

Werde ständig aufgefordert die obige App zu installieren, installiere sie, dann wieder alles von vorne. Auch in der Kamera selbst ist es nicht möglich eine App zu kaufen, lande immer wieder auf der gleichen Fehlerseite.Totaler Schrott.

• (2019-05-01) Michael Bauwens: Moi aussi je suis sur Mac. Voyant que ça n'allait pas, j'ai utilisé un vieux PC. Firefox est installé, j'entame l'ascension du Golgotha. Pas de chance, sur la 1ere page on me dit qu'il faut Internet Explorer ou bien Chrome. Je tente le coup avec Internet Explorer, mais après avoir fait toute la procédure d'installation on me dit que je dois impérativement installer l'extension Chrome ! J'installe donc Chrome, dont je me serais d'ailleurs bien passé car je boycotte les applications de Google, et j'installe l'extension. Ensuite, miracle, l'extension me propose de brancher et d'allumer l'appareil... miracle, ce dernier est reconnu, mais voila, je demande à payer via Paypal, et me voici avec Paypal en flamand ou en Anglais ! Francais connais pas ! Je finis par deviner la marche à suivre, mais, comble de merdasse, pas de suite à mon opération. J'abandonne, j'en ai marre, et d'ailleurs c'est mon dernier Sony, je vais revenir à Panasonic dont j'étais très heureux. Bien joué Sony !
• (2019-04-27) Lowell Perez: PSA: USE THE USB INCLUDED WITH YOUR CAMERA AS THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR NORMAL USB! It totally works for me (though at first I was having problems verifying my camera with the normal usb cable until i swapped it with the one included with the camera and everything went smoothly).

• (2019-04-06) iñaki Rojas: Hola a todos , veo que existe mucha critica desconforme de " PlayMemories Camera Apps " en lo que ha mi respecta en el sistema windows funciona perfectamente , tengo una sony A7R con el objetivo Sony FE 4/24-70 , ambos los he conseguido actualizar a la versión actual y tengo otros objetivos como Samyang 85mm f1.4 y Sigma 70mm 2.8 macro , estos dos últimos no los he podido actualizar por no ser de marca Sony . Por otra parte las aplicaciones que son compatibles con mi modelo de cámara son un tanto interesantes si realmente no se quiere trabajar en pos-procesado . Desconozco si en el sistema de Mac funcione o no , pero en Windows si . Respecto a la página "PlayMemories Camera Apps" es una página muy intuitiva y aunque no llevo mucho tiempo ingresado en ella , me gusta . Por último en cuanto al Servicio Técnico de Sony no puedo opinar ya que nunca la he llevado al S.T.Sony , suelo mandar mis cámaras a un servicio técnico de confianza " Multi-marca . De momento doy 4 estrellas . Un saludo
