  • (2025-05-06) Jon Bartus: It's good at what it does, it's just that what it does is very specific and doesn't provide for much flexibility (at this time). The creator seems to have set out to create a documentation and archiving plugin which will download all of the attachments as well as saving a PDF of the email they were attached to into a dedicated folder on your local computer. There are some basic customization options allowing you to set paper size, margins, and orientation of the saved PDF of the email itself as well as include or exclude headers, attachment information, and hyperlinks in the saved PDF of the email. Unfortunately, that's where the customization list ends. Sadly, there is no option to customize output location for the generated folders requiring the user to manually organize those folders into their own storage location. Another feature that would have been great to see (and is specifically needed in my use case) is the ability to merge the saved email as well as its attachments as a singular PDF where possible. Overall it's a pretty decent extension, it just accomplishes a highly specific task in a highly specific manner without a lot of flexibility.

  • (2025-02-09) Michael: NOT SAFETY! Google hasn’t verified this app The app is requesting access to sensitive info in your Google Account. Until the developer verifies this app with Google, you shouldn't use it.
