- (2025-09-12) Kristine May Saulog: As a beginner in SFMC, I often found myself struggling with the UI and finding records. I remember a task where I had to prepare data for a journey send w/ set of inclusions and exclusions. It was difficult to figure out which data extensions to pull from & to confirm if the fields are the right data to use. Thankfully, this has an app called explore. It helped me easily search for the right DEs by name & quickly find a set of records w/out running a query. It really helped me save time. Compare is also helpful. I used it to compare two different journeys in test & prod BUs. It made it easier to spot discrepancies in the journey activities & DEs because it's kinda hard to notice when looking at the UI especially when fields are created in a different order. I think it took a bit of time to get used to the UI but once I got the hang of it, it became a huge help. I wonder what new features they'll release in the future.
- (2025-09-01) Charlize Salvacion: After about a year of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, I can honestly say that this extension has been very helpful for my daily tasks. The MCX app has plenty of tools to choose from, but I keep coming back to two favorites: "Explore" and "Document." The Explore app is incredibly intuitive. Instead of having to jump around between different data extensions or run separate queries in Query Studio, everything's right there in one clean interface. The filtering options make it a breeze to find exactly what I'm looking for, and I love the canvas view for visualizing how all the records connect. As the person who needs to document sfmc builds, the Document app has been my go-to. It grabs all the necessary configs for journeys, like the entry source, activities, and all the email images and settings. It's made my job a ton easier. Honestly, the app has made working with SFMC way faster and more efficient. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who works with the platform. Looking forward for new features!
- (2025-08-28) Geward John Tuico: I’m a Salesforce Marketing Cloud dev and this extension has honestly made my work so much smoother. The apps are super easy to use and way faster than clicking around the usual SFMC interface. I find myself using the Explore app the most — it helps me quickly track down Data Extensions, run filtered queries, and even check record history without all the usual hassle. It really cuts down on investigation time so I can focus on actually delivering work instead of getting stuck in prep. I’ve also used the Compare app a few times, and it’s great when I need to line up multiple Data Extensions with lots of attributes. It’s a nice safety net to make sure I’m not missing anything. Overall, it’s been a huge help in my day-to-day, and I’m looking forward to trying out even more of the features as I go.
