Before it was phased out, the UBC Student Service Centre had a feature that allowed students to calculate weighted averages across their academic history with the option of selectively excluding courses. Currently, Workday does not have such a feature, so this extension is meant to restore that functionality.
To use this tool, navigate to your "View My Academic Record" page and make sure you expand the history so that grades are visible. Then, select the extension and click "Extract Grades".
The "View My Academic Record" page is located here:
Menu > Academics > View My Academic Record (under "Academic Records")
Please notify me of any issues, bugs, or requested features. Additionally, the method used to scrape data from the webpage may break if Workday makes changes to the page structure, so please let me know if the tool stops working.
