The Dataland Copilot is an AI assistant built to accelerate customer support teams.
The Copilot lives as a side panel right inside helpdesk software (Zendesk / Salesforce / Kustomer), and automates repetitive tasks that customer support reps normally have to do by hand.
Dataland first uses LLMs to understand the incoming customer message, and then automatically surfaces all relevant customer context directly to the rep (e.g. account information, recent interaction history, data lookups based on IDs mentioned by the customer). This allows the rep to fully resolve the customer issue without ever having to leave their helpdesk software, which significantly simplifies their workflow.
Normally, a rep would have to open up 5-10 different tabs to gather all the information they need in order to resolve the customer issue, but with Dataland they can instantly see it all at a glance.
Dataland is able to do this because it connects to all the different systems, SaaS apps, and databases that house customer information, and makes it readily available to the AI.
