The Prompt Sidekick Chrome Extension and AskAI bubble only operate on supported EHRs' web interfaces. It will not show up when you are on other websites. Please contact us if you use a non-web-based EMR.

- It's fine honestly. Quite average in the AI space at this time. Saves some time, but really lacking in efficiency in many dimensions. Will sometimes fail to record so make sure that you keep your own notes or you will be left with nothing. No option to provide input on the front end to help the sidekick do its job more efficiently--most notably in gender which leads to increased time on the back end fixing grammatical errors.

- We started with Prediction Health's other product last year and did not love it. It was frustrating, so we canceled it just as Sidekick was being introduced. Fast forward to talking with their team at a conference and deciding to give Sidekick a try... we were up and running immediately and have had nearly flawless outcomes (any glitches were new-user-error.) As a clinician-owner for 40 years who still sees a full caseload and is prone to spending too much time with the patient and not enough time on getting my notes written(they used to be all hand-written, haha), I am suddenly done with my paperwork (including all evaluations) by dinner time of the same day instead of by the end of Sunday night.
