A PBXstore Netsapiens API integration platform providing database driven screenpops. The PBXstore Netsapiens app integrations with back-office applications using APIs (Saleforce.com, Zendesk, etc.) By leveraging APIs the extension will search any internal database and present the findings in a webpop. The Netsapiens app also recognizes any phone number presented in Google Chrome and transforms it into a clickable link for seamless click to dial.
