Users enter values (0-10) for four different risk categories:
Market Risk (40% weight)
Project Risk (30% weight)
External Risk (20% weight)
Technical Risk (10% weight)
Risk Calculation:
The script assigns predefined weights to each risk factor and calculates a weighted total risk score.
Risk Classification:
The tool categorizes the risk into three levels based on the score:
Low Risk (0-3): Green color
Moderate Risk (3.1-6): Orange color
