A minimalistic extension that let's you specify a custom URL to redirect new tabs to. When in dark mode, Chrome's default dark background is used to prevent white flashing while redirecting.

- (2025-03-03) Joe: It works! They killed a bunch of other new tab redirect extensions today, and it seems all of the remaining ones have a white flash whenever opening a new tab, this one doesn't! However, I have a custom startpage that I run from a local file, so I would love if you would add the ability to save a local url to be used, not just a website. Thanks!
