- I would have given Video Downloader Professional a 5 star rating. However, I had the older version that was not associated with G**C** store. I was freaking out because the older version stopped working. I tried everything I could think of to get it to work. Finally, after giving up, I accidentally found it on the G**C** store. Now I have Video Downloader Professional back! I LOVE IT! All I ask is that you do a better job of communicating with your customers and let us know what is going on and how to stay connected with your GREAT PRODUCT!
