Before Crankwheel, I had to send a Zoom invite and it took time to connect, now it's quick and everyone seems to be able to connect, even the people that are technology challenged. I can honestly say it is one of the best investments I have ever made. It is extremely easy to use, with no software required for the viewer and minimal bandwidth requirements. This means that no matter who I'm sharing my screen with, they don't have to worry about setting up software or having a solid internet connection. The support is also fantastic. Whenever I have a question or problem, the team is always quick to respond and offer assistance. Additionally, the team is constantly adding new features, making it even better than before. I'm so thankful for this product - it's made my job a lot easier. Instead of relying on MS Teams, which requires a lot of setup and can be confusing for users with little computer experience, I can share my screen quickly and easily with Crankwheel. It's a huge time saver, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a screen sharing solution.

It offers security and privacy for users who are uncomfortable with zoom or other platforms, but need to visually see the data firsthand. The operational aspect is very strong with very little to no interruptions in live communication. Love this product! (Be sure to get the annual plan to save money!)
