- From Raving Fan to Chargebacks - Beware! We started as raving fans of Buzz and even referred ~8 accounts. The service looks polished, but performance was inconsistent: repeated days with low/zero sends. With daily limits set to ~36 connection requests/day, our average hovered around ~15/day. We canceled in mid‑August. That’s where it got ugly. Cancellation wasn’t self‑serve. Support made us complete a separate “Cancellation Request Form” and wait 48 hours...meanwhile, billing continued. Despite acknowledging our cancellation, we were charged again mid September. Days later, Buzz emailed saying our subscription was “fully cancelled,” then asked us to withdraw the dispute so they could “refund faster.” Weeks of follow‑ups, still no full refund. We’ve filed multiple chargebacks. My take: there are better tools out there that actually do what they say they will. If you try Buzz, document everything, set a cancel reminder, and don’t withdraw any dispute until the money is actually back. I wish someone had warned me.
