For contra dance callers who want to use the website The Caller's Box but with gender free terminology.
On The Caller's Box Website, this plugin:
* replaces “Men”/“Women” with either “Larks”/“Robins” or “Leads”/“Follows,”
* replaces “gypsy” with “right shoulder round”/“left shoulder round”
* replaces any figures containing the above words with appropriate alternates.
It does not do the following things (so far. Pull requests welcome!):
* Replace terms in notes or the glossary
* Offer compatibility with The Caller's Extension from Paul Morris
* Convert term names for search purposes
