- Useless. If there was a lower rating I could give I would! Have been trying this for hours and hours, spoken to 3 ATO Technical people and they couldn't help either. This whole Auskey thing is stupid. Especially in the light that it will be change in March.

- Tried so long and still doesn't work. For a small business, this just waste so much time. Really hate this. Why cannot ATO spend more time to make it more robust? Also called help, but no use. Now have no way to proceed. ATO, can you treat micro-small business better?

- It simply doesn't work most of the time - then randomly will let me through with the password. Today alone, I have just added 2 hours to my compliance based from fooling around with this. This happens every month - and often I incur late fees!

- Doesn't work on my Mac. I have tried numerous times to install this. It is enabled as an extension on Chrome but the website still will not accept my credentials. I will be braving the helpdesk

- Used to work fine then the business portal stopped being able to find it. Completely removed and attempted to reinstall it but now the website to activate it doesn't even recognise that its there. Hasn't been updated in two years, fat chance its gonna get any better.

- what is this POS, literally cant use it. no clear instruction on how to use, contradiction from the ato and ABN website. one user review is the best option to try but as i even followed these it still not working. pathetic "service" it should not be that hard people

- Totally useless, too many people here are relating similar stories. I spent hours trying to get it to work with multiple calls to their tech support without a result. Still does not work, will go back to paper and snail mail!

- total rubbish.... installing it is very complicated... most the time is not compatible with installed software... and after upgrading all version and manage to get it work, it broke next time for different reasons... total waist of time. I want to connect to with mygov... i need this rubbish to be able to connect to mygov. this is really bad service.
