- (2025-09-07) Ernest Cook: I had a very negative experience using Tuilink. Shortly after using this service, my LinkedIn account was suspended. I contacted LinkedIn support multiple times but was unable to recover my account. This has caused me serious inconvenience and professional loss. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tuilink. The risk of losing your LinkedIn account is too high, and there is no reliable customer support to resolve such issues.
- (2025-03-28) Radik Si: not useful poor performance, hanging there forever when adding people linkedin got suspended after use
- (2025-03-28) Viola: Tuilink has really saved me time by quickly connecting me with the right people. While the results can sometimes be inaccurate, it’s still a huge time-saver compared to LinkedIn.
- (2025-03-28) Miyagi: Tuilink is fantastic, but Get Refer needs a speed boost!
- (2025-03-27) Robert Lee: The connection rate is very low... It is not a "real" tool - Same problem as other users complained about, I received an email invitation to join a WeChat group. After joining, my full name, job title, and other personal details—taken from LinkedIn—were shared publicly without my permission, And Rexpand/Tuilink falsely claimed that I was offering job hunting support to students in the group. I was never informed or asked!
- (2025-03-27) Sarah Feng: Can I give zero star !? 1. even though I have verification, linkedin still suspended my account. linkedin customer service clearly states that using this tool violates the user agreement 2. like other people said, I also get bulk of marketing emails without any consent
- (2025-03-27) Jean Yang: Tuilink’s referral success rate is commendable, with a notable follow-up feature driving engagement. However, the limited job listings and match accuracy are areas for improvement. Adding remote options would enhance experience!!!
- (2025-03-27) Rong Liu: I love how quickly Tuilink helps me find the right people! It saves so much time, and I don’t have to hunt through LinkedIn anymore. It would be amazing if it could help me apply to lots of jobs or filter by industry.
- (2025-03-26) Tianzi Liu: The interface is simple and easy to use, which I really appreciate! It would be wonderful to see features that keep users more engaged. Keep up the great work!
- (2025-03-25) Alan An: LinkedIn suspended my account after using Tuilink.
- (2025-03-25) Yangyuxi Zhang: Tuilink’s referral success rate is commendable, with a notable follow-up feature driving engagement. However, the limited job listings and match accuracy, particularly for Meta, are areas for improvement. Adding remote options would enhance user experience.
- (2025-03-24) xiao geng: Tuilink significantly streamlines the process of connecting with high-quality referrers compared to LinkedIn, although there are occasional issues with search relevance. Adding filters for sponsorships and industry sectors would improve usability.
- (2025-03-24) Jiaqi Shao: Loving the job recommendations! 😍 It’d be super cool to upload my resume and see how well it matches the jobs. Tuilink, make it happen! ✨
- (2025-03-21) Leah Yu: I saw your explain to others, but the core point is: I have never subscribed to any emails from Rexpand/Tuilink, yet I have been receiving frequent marketing emails from your platform through three(maybe four) different email addresses. I find this extremely intrusive and unacceptable. Who authorized you to use my contact information in this manner!? This is not a matter of simply unsubscribing or providing feedback — it is about receiving unsolicited communications without my consent!!! Also, I would like to share my negative experience with using Tuilink. The process of connecting with internal referrers is often buggy and frequently gets stuck. In many cases, the so-called referrers never actually refer, which leads to a frustrating and unproductive experience.
- (2025-03-17) Nate B.: Poor performance. Less than 20% of people(usually I got 50%) accepted connection requests and then told me he/she is not the right person to contact: (
- (2025-03-17) Ezat Fang: I am currently working at a Fortune 500 company and recently received a connection request from a user named Chen Li. Shortly after connecting, he immediately asked for an internal referral. I responded professionally, stating that I could only refer candidates whose backgrounds align with the role. However, instead of replying, Chen Li appears to have shared my LinkedIn profile with others, who then contacted me for similar requests. This behavior is highly inappropriate and raises concerns about the misuse of LinkedIn for job referrals. It seems that my profile information was shared without my consent, which goes against professional networking etiquette. Additionally, this does not appear to be a case of AI-generated referral requests but rather a deliberate misuse of LinkedIn connections.
- (2025-03-15) Yiwen Lydia Fang: I highly doubt that they are using your linkedin to web crawling your linkedin connections' PERSONAL info (such as Email address, schools, majors) After using tuilink, my two roommates who are my linkedin friends begin to get marketing emails WITHOUT ANY CONSENT!!!
- (2025-03-15) Vivian Qu: Same issue here - they ask for your linkedin password, and I got an linkedin warning email mentioning that someone trying to log into my linkedin from Arizona. They never told you what they were doing to your linkedin account.
- (2025-03-10) Jeff Qian: My linkedin got suspended(locked) after using Tuilink. Activity shows - they login my linkedin from Phoenix, Arizona while actually I am in Boston...... btw, they are still claiming that they won't login/use your linkedin when they ask to bind your tuilink account.
- (2025-03-09) Alice Jing: Service has been completely ineffective—no interviews, and the connection success rate is even lower than random adds. On top of that, your aggressive email marketing is unacceptable. Even after unsubscribing, Tuilink/Rexpand/Chen Li continue spamming me from different addresses without my consent!!!
- (2025-03-07) Quanjun Li: Good tool!!! My life saver!!
