Room Availability Checker helps you prevent double-bookings and ensure your events respect room reservation policies in Google Calendar. Whenever you create or update an event with a resource (e.g., a meeting room), the extension checks availability via an integrated backend service. If there’s a conflict or a policy violation, you’ll receive a clear notification—and the extension can automatically remove the conflicting event to avoid scheduling errors.

How It Works:
