Global Skip & Rewind Hotkeys For YouTube (and more)
Make sure to set your hotkeys for skipping and rewinding and don't forget to set them to GLOBAL.
This is an extension I made for my brother to be able to rewind videos on another monitor while he was taking notes without tabbing out and interrupting his note taking.
