• (2018-12-26) Kandake Nicholas: I disliked this. It took me forever to figure out how to get it to work. I was trying to apply for food stamps and for a while I couldn't find anything, it just kept taking me around in circles. When I finally did find the forms they didn't even have Texas in the options for states for the forms. I did go ahead and do it under a different state just so I could see if it worked and it did. So for those of you wondering how you get it to work, I'll explain. Once you've got Simple Online Forms added to your chrome you'll notice little piece of paper with a green check mark over it just to the left of your search engine bar next to the star to add it to your favorites. When you see it you're going to click on it. It should then bring up a little tab that says Simple Online Forms with listings below it that say; DMV, Section 8 Housing, Food Stamps, Unemployment, and Medicare. Proceed by clicking on whichever form you need and if its there then click on which state you need. When you click on the state you need it will then show you just below your state which forms for that particular section are in the state you have chosen. Click on the form you need and it will take you to a new tab with the form. Now please keep in mind that some forms will allow you to type on them and that some won't. Some will make you do the leg work of printing them filling them out and then taking them to your local office to be submitted or it will give you the website where you can submit it online. While others might let you type on them, print them to be written on and then provide you with fax numbers, mailing addresses and businesses so that you can send them out or take them in.
