If you're like me, and you open multiple tabs in the background for the same site and the exact same page, then this is the extension for you.
Every time a page is navigated to, this extension will detect whether you have the site open elsewhere and present you with a pop up, allowing you to navigate directly to the tab, and close the one you just opened.
