• (2022-11-13) AGoog LeUser: It does not save anything because when you click on the button it takes you to log in: "We just opened a new tab for you to log into Houzz. Once you’re signed in, please click on "Launch Houzz Save" below." then even after you're logged in it doesn't work. Launching houzz save does nothing but bring up the sign in screen again.

• (2022-06-24) Gina Duncanson: Unfortunately, this is unproductive since it takes you to a login/signup screen each time you use it. Even then, the results are inconsistent and you don't get to add the product to an ideabook.

• (2020-11-09) Ann Xiao: Whoever is the PM needs to really think about how much value do you really add by hijacking new tab without getting users' consent first -- ask yourself do you open new tab to want to see it? Does it consist of at least 80% of ur own use cases? Houzz, please sort review by recency and take a look at how many negative reviews are there. Is this really how you want to develop your customer relationship or are you defeating your own purpose?

• (2020-08-24) Jane Doe: I really wanted to like this extension since I use Houzz a lot to store photos and ideas for projects. However this app just DOES NOT WORK. if I right click an image to save to houzz, the image disappears and I get the 3 green dots refreshing over and over again on a blank screen. if I try accessing the app via the icon on the image, the screen goes dark and hangs. pressing the actual icon on the toolbar again does nothing. What is the point of this app if it doesn't actually work??

• (2020-07-22) B MelloYello: I love this extension...when it works. I used it a lot when I first added it and then, one day, it just quit working. I would click the save button and nothing would happen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still wouldn't work. After much diddling around, repairing it, disabling and re-enabling, I even uninstalled Chrome at one point, I finally got it to work...once. Then, it quit again. :( I miss it. Very useful when it works.
• (2020-06-29) Anne Van Dyk: Pretty helpful tool for most sites, except that I cannot save images from my Google Photos webpage to Houzz. Anyone know how to make it work? I guess the workaround is to download every image then re-upload it to Houzz manually but that's pretty terrible compared to the button working like it should.
• (2020-04-17) Natalia: При выборе в меню "сохранить в houzz" по клику правой кнопки по изображению появляется новое окно с загрузкой альбома houzz (три зеленые точки) и так и висит бесконечно. Что нужно сделать, чтобы заработало расширение? В меню расширения все настройки верные.

• (2019-07-22) Gabriel Soto: Terrible - doesn't work! Aside from hijacking new tabs it didn't save anything I tagged. I spent over 2 hours saving images into my ideabooks but when i went to the Houzz website not a single image was saved! Absolutely infuriating! I'd give it zero stars if I could!
• (2019-07-20) Mark Logan: Extension seems fine, giving it 1 star because if hijacks your home page. There's just no excuse for doing that.
• (2019-06-16) Jose Alcérreca: Changes your new tab content by default. When you disable it, it tells you that you might have to re-enable extensions that customize the new tab. If you knew about this limitation, don't implement the completely absurd feature that you knew no-one would want. Made me want to stop using the app and site altogether.
• (2019-05-15) Dustin: The problem with this extension is everything it does beyond what you downloaded it for (adding to your ideasbook from other sites). There is no reason it should be hijacking the new tab/start tab and if that is a feature it should be disabled and pointed out as an opt-in feature. The extension also has a bug right now that messes up dropdown menus where it pushes some content of the dropdown out of view.

• (2019-02-01) Hate it, because some developer or marketer decided to make this app also control New Tab functionality, and the only way to disable that feature is to disable the entire app, so that's what I'm going to do, as soon as I finish writing this app. Too bad, as I'd had loved to have a Houzz button on Chrome. What a wasted opportunity for Houzz! Perhaps just too greedy!!!
• (2018-10-23) Михаил Миха: для новых вкладок используется расширение Speed deal. Но расширение Houzz почему-то решило отобрать это право. То есть либо расширение Houzz управляет содержимым новой вкладки, либо это делает стандартный функционал Chrome
• (2018-10-09) Lester W: This extension hijacks your home page and there is no way to turn it off (other than to disable the extension). For that reason, I give it two stars. Otherwise, the app does a great job linking photos into Houzz. It's a shame they felt like hijacking the browser start page.

• (2018-09-10) Elena Ambrosimova: Отличное расширение, всем советую! Для тех, кто привык пользоваться функционалом пинтереста, но не хочет вести доски сразу на двух платформах. Пользоваться просто, работает стабильно. Главное — не чистить куки (тогда слетают пароли и надо заново логиниться). Ну это же не только с Houzz так происходит — с любым спйтом)). Иначе действительно будет выбивать на начальную страницу, как в комментарии выше. А когда залогинился на Houzz и система тебя «помнит», то все работает стабильно. Расширение "подтягивает" данные о ваших альбомах идей и предлагает весь привычный функционал сайта Houzz (хотя вы на него даже не вышли). Наткнулись на нужную картинку где угодно в интернете, сохранили в два клика себе в нужную папочку "ремонт на кухне" на Houzz — дальше занимаетесь своими делами. Магия просто! А если нужно найти сайт, с которого сохранили картинку, откройте фотографию на полный экран — там будет ссылка для перехода.

• (2018-07-19) RevMeTurk: Ruins the new tab page. Even if you tell the app not to take over the new tab page it still affects it and removes the popular sites. The only way to get chrome back to normal is to completely remove the app. Pretty disappointing.

• (2018-05-31) Joh Whitt: when i opened new tab page, a popup gave me options to restore settings and I got my 'wanted' tab page, not Houzz. MINUTES LATER - actually, sorry, I've changed my mind ... if I don't allow HOUZZ bookmarklet to be my new page tab, then the bookmarklet icon disappears. duh!
