I originally built Llama Snooze™ for myself because I couldn’t find a tab snoozing extension that was clean, fast, and easy to use. Most of what I saw was clunky, overcomplicated, or felt untrustworthy. So I created Llama Snooze™—a lightweight, intuitive extension that gets out of your way.
With Llama Snooze™, you can snooze any tab for later in just one click. Whether you need to return to something in 5 minutes, 5 days, or even 5 months, it’s quick and effortless.
Llama Snooze™ is designed with privacy and security at its core. Your snoozed tabs are stored locally or securely through Chrome Sync. No external servers are used. We do not collect, track, or share any of your data. Everything stays on your device, exactly where it belongs.
Chrome extensions should be simple, beautiful, and respectful of your privacy. That’s exactly what I’ve built with Llama Snooze™.
Coming soon: Llama Snooze™ Pro. I’m working on new features, including Custom Snooze Times, Recurring Snoozes, and a Calendar option that lets you pick an exact date and time to reopen your tabs. These features will be available through an optional Pro plan.
Stay focused, stay organized, and let Llama Snooze™ return your tabs when needed.
If you would like support or feedback, please email me at [email protected]. I built this to improve my workflow, and I’m excited to hear how it can help you.

- (2025-06-18) Just Sturgis: This is brilliant! I have used around 30 "snooze tab" apps over the years. Snooze Tabby has been my go to for years for it's simplicity, customization, and reliability. Unfortunately it has a couple of glaring holes 1) cannot sync across devices/browsers and 2) no way to save/export custom timings after you set them all up. I use dozens of custom timings in my workflow so this missing feature can be a big inconvenience when installing new browsers/resetting PCs, etc. Llama is awesome in that it has all (most) of the custom timing intervals that I setup manually in Snooze Tabby. Saves me a ton of time!! Unfortunately, Llama also does not have an export or sync feature so each browser/device is a silo just like Snooze Tabby. AND there is no way to see what tabs you have snoozed in Llama. You have to wait for there reminder to arrive. That is a pretty big missing feature. Snooze Tabby has it, as do most tab snooze extensions. Maybe Llama will get this and sync and become the best on the market. Until then, I am going to run it alongside Snooze Tabby and AnySnooze for a couple of weeks and see who wins.
