- I upgraded and the dashboard shows I have 3100 credit points, but when I try to chat or give it a task it says "Failed to get plan: Purchase more credits here: https://agentic-browser.com/pricing" I've tried contacting support, but I can't find a way to contact them.

- Even from purchasing credits and even a subscription, every single time I write to see if a task can be done, I get a "Failed to get plan: Purchase more credits here: https://agentic-browser.com/pricing" - No matter what I do nothing. Doesn't work even when I new have 2600 credits. There's also no support email, not help, not support ticket system, no support chat, nothing. So at this time, I'm going to have to file a dispute for these transactions. Absolutely terrible and a waste of time.

- I'm going to give it four stars because I believe in supporting evolving products, especially in the autonomous AI space. I'm so impressed with the privacy-first standard, and the clean UI. That said: 1) a pretty simple request to go look for information on a tool BURNED through my personal API key usage more than any other day in my history of that key/LLM - pretty astonishing & my bad for mostly burning it on the "browse the web, find information" part of the stated capabilities instead of the automation stuff; 2) It is much slower at every step of the process than I ever expected, compared to other tools I've seen. Based on maker comments, I expect to see it evolve on planning and schemata employment, maybe multi-agent speed improvements.

- Excellent product and it does what it claims. One feature request: Can you please add the ability to add a Custom LLM Base URL, Model Name, along with the API key? This will allow the use of things like openrouter, sambanova, deepseek, etc. because there are many great LLM APIs out there. Thank you!

- This extension is AMAZING for automation, not going to lie it doesn't work for everything but I think those re just the limitations of todays AI, amazing developer team and really fair pricing.

- I've tried a couple of these tools now. Fantastic idea and I wish they worked. Asking it to quite simply 'copy and paste' something 10 times into 10 boxes on a doc wasn't possible. None of the words made sense. I tried explaining it and even wrote the paragraph within the doc and told it to copy and paste or write it exactly, and it failed. On the free trial, my 100 credits went extremely fast (about 3 minutes) so 1,000 monthly credits for $8.99 wouldn't last me very long!

- Planner Agent Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to create the Letterloop due to a recurring error preventing access to Letterloop.com. The error message 'Failed to prepare interaction: Cannot access a chrome-extension:// URL of different extension' suggests a conflict with browser extensions that I am unable to resolve. Therefore, I must declare this task as failed. Planner Agent Despite multiple attempts to reliably extract and download the document URLs, each extraction attempt resulted in a 'Content has already been extracted from this page' error. This suggests a caching issue or a limitation in the extraction process that prevents repeated extraction from the same page. Task failed due to inability to reliably extract document URLs.
