This extension takes job listings from WaterlooWorks and uses a unique reverse ATS (Applicant Tracking System) keyword algorithm to match job postings with your resume, helping you find the best-fit opportunities based on your skills and experience. Rather than try and guess which jobs you have the highest probability of landing, just see to which jobs you would be the highest match for using the same keyword matching ATSs use!
This extension is built purely for UWaterloo students who have access to WaterlooWorks.
