Fruumo is a super powerful new tab page for chrome.
For users of the old version of fruumo, you will be required to update to this new version by accepting the updated permissions. The updated permissions does not make fruumo send any data back to us, but instead are just in place to power all the new functions now available. All bugs mentioned in the bug reports have now been fixed in this version.
A new place every hour.
We get you a new hand-picked wallpaper every hour. You'll be more travelled than your "world exploring best friend" before you know it!
Really powerful search.
Search the web, your bookmarks, your downloads and more right from fruumo search bar on your new tab page. You can change your default fruumo search engine from Fruumo's settings page.
Very very fast.
So quick, you'll miss it if you blink. It loads in less than 0.2 seconds. It uses almost 0 system resources while idling.
Oops. I closed that tab!

- Its a great extension, but the only thing that keeps me from using it is the address bar indication it shows, which most other new tab extensions do not show. Really hope this can be fixed, as this is otherwise probably the best New Tab extension on the Chrome Store.

- This is probably one of the best new tab extensions in chrome. It has a built in weather app, unlike some other new tabs; has a good loading time, (unlike some other tab extensions), and has a better design that is easy to look at. Infinity new tab had too many "apps" and was too similar to a Mac layout, and Momentum didn't quite satisfy me when it came to convenience. Thank you for making such a good extension! :)

- Great looking New Tab Page but too sluggish to be used on a daily basis. Even with Reduce Animations (Improves performance) checked can take 5-6 seconds before your typing is acknowledged.

- 新しいタブを開く度にキレイが画像が表示されるので、仕事中は癒やされます。 また、画像がキレイなのでずっと見てられるし、定期的に更新されるので飽きることがありません。 ただ、右上に表示されるアイコンやその内容をカスタマイズ出来るとなお良かったです。 なので、☆4つとしました。

- I don´t like it, Yahoo Search i won´t use so u cannot be change to google or other. i will remove this extension!

- Does what I want - changes background to choice of image. Gives Time, weather and date. User friendly. Thanks. Updated 09/05/2017 And yes, I use the Fruumo search feature. However, I can't get 12 hour time to work.
