I created a wallet but like many others, I can't connect it. Others here can't access their wallets with coins put in before 2021. If they can't get their wallets to support ledger correctly, I can only imagine now how their projects are going. I'm not supporting ICON now.

  Hi, I downloaded Iconex Wallet on my Mac but think it was via Safari not Chrome. I set up a wallet and transferred my ICX into it, but when I open the wallet I get the following message: 'Integrity Check Failed (Jailbreak/Debugger detected)' but then the wallet opens and my balance is shown. Transactions being processed may not be seen." After some time, transaction disappears from "Pending Transaction" of ICONex page also. Please help.

  Hi I have this problem on mobile iconex app android. The problem I have is I transfer some icon tokens from crypto.com it got there OK, but when I try and stake it the page stuck. I then unstall the app and download a new app and using my keycode download to import it back. It came back with a new wallet with different wallet address. I then download a Trust wallet using my private key it came back with my old wallet, but the page is still stuck with my ICX tokens. I can sent and received but can't do anything else.

  Like most others who have posted notes about having problems partaking in the Balanced Airdrip, I, too, am having problems. I have both the MyIconWallet and ICONex wallet and have attempted using both for the airdrip. Same issues as described by others. The MyIconWallet does not connect on the mobile website. I dont receive any connection through the use of Google Chrome (or Brave Browser) signing in through ICONex wallet. Are there steps missing? Do we need to 'add a coin/token' to the wallet? There is no option to add Balanced token, but figured I would ask. Some support with this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

  Hi, When I attempt to transfer ICX from my wallet, I input the correct password, but then receive a message "Please check your password" So I followed the tooltip and used my private key to reload the wallet and chose a new password. Again I get the message. I am sure this is the correct password as I changed it twice, immediately wrote it down and still got the message. The key is also correct as it worked to change the password. I am at a loss as what to do.
