(as if you are hitting CTRL+ P) This requires you to hit escape every. single. time. and was maddening to figure out what extension caused the problem. I'm suprised that VMware's own extension causes this behavior across 7.3.x and 7.4.x horizon deployments. VMWARE please fix this!!!

When users try to launch an Articulate Storyline 360 Course that has an mp4 file, the course will not open. It appears to try to be front loading all of the mp4 files and it hangs up buffering and never plays the course. If the user views the same content via "incognito" or in "inprivate" mode the issue goes away. We suspect that is because the extension doesn't work in those modes.
