- I’ve been using this tool and it was working perfectly with no issues, but around November 2025 it suddenly stopped working. Now it doesn’t function at all and I can’t download attachments anymore. It’d be great if the support team could check what’s going on, maybe Google updated Gmail or something, but basically the support team really needs to look into it, because this extension just doesn’t work anymore.

- Curious as to whether the free version works for anyone. Signed in with the same google account as the email, attempting to download attachments only from one email. "Dowloading" dialogue comes up then it flips back to the email listing page. 🤷🏾♂️ Could be an error on my end thus the review rating - sounds like it's a dream for the folks it works for!
