Description from store Are you a drop shipper? Do you need invoices from AliExpress for your administration and book-keeping or any other purposes? As you already know, most of the suppliers from AliExpress, for whatever reason, won’t send you an invoice when you need it. Of course, you can change the supplier, but sometimes there aren’t any other good ones with items you need. You can view and print details about each order from your account on AliExpress. But if you have shipped the order to your customer’s address directly, as often is the case with a dropshipping business model, there will be their name and address on order details page, and yours or your company’s name isn’t mentioned anywhere. Yes, you could print screen and edit the page in some image editing software, but this can be time-consuming. You could be spending hours doing just that. You could hire a virtual assistant too. Or, you could be using the simplest solution, Ali Invoice. Using Ali Invoice, you can generate an invoice in a single click, for every order you have ever placed on AliExpress! One more click and you can print it or save it as PDF. After installing the extension, you need to enter your details. 1. Click on the AliInvoice icon 2. Select Options 3. Enter required details 4. However, I have been encountering a persistent issue with the total calculation for the past week or so. It seems that the plugin is not accurately calculating the total amount for receipts. Specifically, the problem arises when there has been a price modification due to discounts from suppliers. For instance, if a supplier drops the price of an item from $5 to $1, the receipt generation tool does not account for this change and continues to calculate based on the original price of $5 instead of the revised price of $1. This discrepancy in price calculation has become a significant problem, particularly in relation to the calculation and submission of receipts for tax purposes. The tool's inability to account for price changes is leading to inaccuracies that could have serious implications for financial reporting and tax obligations.
(2023-06-27) Pierre L: The amount is always different for 1 or 2 orders so I need to manually change the price in each invoice. The developer did not answer anymore. I think they stop working on this extension.

(2022-06-03) LZoom SK: Bulk invoicing doesn't work. It also adds items from another period. I have a lifetime license, the old method worked perfectly. After upgrading to the new method, everything went wrong and you can't create an exact bulk invoice. It complicated my business!

(2021-11-16) nadine GUIVARCH: je regrette que l'application ne permette pas d'avoir des factures totalement en francais. effectivement elles sont traduites en francais mais les prix reste en dollars. Ces facture ne peuvent pas être acceptées dans la comptabilité d'une entreprise française. il serait bien de remédier ce probleme.

Hello, i buy ali invoice but there are a lot of Bugs. I can not create a bulk filtered invoice. It load everything and then i get a empty page just with the Header of the invoice and that is all. No orders no payments Nothing. Next Problem ist when i select a „CSV Export filtered“ there are NO shipping Coasts in the CSV! So it is useless for me. And also it counts orders twice. for example i order 2 pcs. each coast 2 dollar. shipping for this order is 2 euro. so total amount is 4 dollar for each item. so it´s 8 dollar for all in the CSV. But i payed just 6 Dollar. 2x 2 Dollar for goods and 2 for shipping. so this CSV is more then total useless!!!!! I have NO Add Blockers!! I have no idea how i can fix that Problem. PLEASE HELP ME! It is neccesary to have a full correct invoice on the end of this month!!! Thank you Best Reguards Marc Stiller
