Pandora Mini-Player

Same two complaints other users have: bummer that I still need to have the webpage open somewhere, and that the full functionality ('Are you still listening?') isn't quite there. Still, the love the small form factor and having the artwork (but nothing else) showing on my desktop. Great work so far!

Installed today, and I'm enjoying it so far. It's a little less streamlined than the Amazon Music mini-player, but I like that I can adjust the size of the player to fit my preference. I also installed the "always on top" .exe program to keep it on top of my other active windows. That's my favorite feature.

works great just need to get the "tired of track" button working. would also be nice if it was a stand alone and didn't need chrome open.

Like having a small player after Pandora got rid of theirs... echo some of the other comments, which I didn't need the webpage open, which I could shrink it even more... but those are little gripes, super happy with the extension

Keeping the main internet window open almost defeats the purpose. I preferred the version with out the album art and it was just the functional buttons.

Not bad

I would prefer to close the webpage so I don't have to manage the extra tab for Pandora, which was a large reason I wanted the mini player. It is helpful to be able to manage tracks through the mini player though, so I don't have to flip through tabs nearly as often. So 4 stars for being helpful.

Volume nor Pause controls work. Not sure if the thumbs buttons work. It does display the song that's playing but that's kind of lame if I can't control anything.

I'm not sure what Pandora changed on their original desktop player (granted, that was several years ago that I used it, but it was still great), but this extension works GORGEOUSLY!!!! Thank you for providing this! Excellent addition, and it successfully removes the ONLY negative I had about switching from Apple Music back to Pandora.

Does what you want it to. It would be great to have a smaller version that stays on top. But this works.

Great player! I've wanted a mini-player with Pandora for as long as I can remember and now its here, no downloading 3rd party programs to view my favorite music.

use it daily, endless selection and good quality stream.

It is a great concept, but I seem to be having issues with the album artwork stuck on the first song played. the song title and artist change correctly with each song. Seems like a easy glitch to fix. 5 stars otherwise.

I use it with chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/easy-window-resize/cfpenpohaapdgnkglcbgjiooipcbcebi? to let me make it even smaller. Works great though, especially with always on top. Would love the are you still listening thing to be mitigated. Great app.

Let's me leave it open and still thumbs up/down, skip, look at artist info without opening up a full window.

the mini player that you had before this one is the best one. this current one is confusing to use. don't add so many things that need to be "fooled with during use" . it had all the functionally that was needed and did not get in the way of music selection.

Great way to save some screen real estate and still control Pandora quickly and easily. I haven't run into any problems with the extension so far. It does what it claims to, and sits neatly in the corner of my screen. I used to keep Pandora in a separate browser window that I would shrink to the minimum useful size for the web interface. Now I can relegate it to a pinned tab that I almost never look at, and this extension's window is much smaller while still exposing the same controls and information.

Liked the old app much better, didn't have to be tied to a browser to play music. This one often freezes and browser is required to reload music. Can't close mini player without closing browser... just seems a bit clunky and non user friendly.

I like it, def a great start and an extension I have wanted Pandora to make for a while. It does feel like its currently a beta version and the UI design could use some more features and polish.

Works well, provide instructions on how to make it appear always on top. I expect since it is not a chrome app but rather an extension that this is why it does not have it's own option to appear always on top like the Calendar Clock app.

I agree with some of the other users below, it's new to my system but appears to function very well. I also agree that having to keep a web page open is really what I wished to avoid but at least it has a minimal footprint so it frees up my desktop for work and lets me still enjoy some music. Thank you for creating this.

Recently got this extension and it's great! Also found a script that allows me to keep this tiny window on top of all applications so i never have to search for it when i have multiple windows open.

I like the small form factor. Being able to see the album art is great. A bit of a nit pick, but it would be great to manage the "Are you still listening?" pop. That said, the question does come up on the mini-player, so it is easy to click.
