- Fedex tracking sucks. All I want to do is track my package and possibly talk to someone. This tracking system is worse than any other carriers system. Even the useless US Postal service is better than yours. I do not want to add something to Chrome or add an extension or do anything to my computer in order to just track a package. Let me put in the tracking number and tell me where my package is or was yesterday. AND...... also give me the option to somehow, some way talk to an actual person if I have an issue that is not easily handled by AI. We have a locked gate and our driveway is 1/2 mile long, if the Fedex driver just calls us we will meet them at the gate -----if a signature is required----and otherwise just hang it on the gate in a plastic bag and we will take responsibility if someone steals it. Do I need to specify with my suppliers to never, ever use Fedex ?
