Cuando escribo a soporte simplemente te mandan un correo diciendo en pocas palabras que ellos no se pueden hacer responsables. My experience with Jaxx was good until today ... I had more than 6 ETH ($ 10,000) and when I start to check today how my ETH is going, I see that I have $ 0. On January 24, they hacked my account and stole everything from me. When I write to support they just send you an email saying in a few words that they cannot be held responsible.

Niemals den Seed herausgeben und immer prüfen ob man sich auf der offiziellen Seite befindet, bzw mit dem offiziellen Support Channel in Kontakt ist.
