Questa estensione è un convertitore video per convertire i formati video tra loro. Consente agli utenti di caricare i propri video per convertirli automaticamente nel formato video scelto dagli utenti. Si basa sullo strumento ffmpeg e HandBrake. HandBrake viene utilizzato per convertire qualsiasi file video relativo a MOV. Il resto dei formati video vengono convertiti utilizzando FFMPEG online.
Oltre alla funzionalità di conversione video, i video convertiti rimangono in un'area dello spazio cloud da dove gli utenti possono scaricarli o eliminarli.
Inoltre, se il formato video scelto per la conversione è MP4, VideoConvertPlus aggiunge un'opzione per importare tali video MP4 nel produttore di film online MovieStudio. Questa app, un produttore di filmati online, consente di modificare il video, aggiungere testi, immagini e audio in diversi livelli video. - (2020-04-03) Ahna R: Je l'ai téléchargé en extension sur mon Chromebook Acer (neuf), mais malheureusement il ne marche pas du tout et semble provoquer un bug puisqu'il reste bloqué alors que le reste de mon ordi ne bug pas. Il stagne à un certain pourcentage au téléchargement du fichier d'origine à convertir, pourtant j'ai essayé 3 fois et je l'ai même laissé charger pendant au moins 1h30. Il n'affiche aucun message donc je n'ai pas compris le problème, peut-être un soucis avec le format de ma vidéo d'origine qui est en mkv; j'ai trouvé un autre convertisseur qui m'a converti rapidement ma vidéo.

- (2019-07-29) Regarde dans le miroir: Was able to convert videos on my Mac that I had saved as far back as 2005! Originally recorded on my Palm Treo 650 smartphone (pre-dated the iPhone by 2 years!), the first phone with qwerty keyboard. Although the files were on my Macintosh HD, everything I had tried over the years could not recover them. They were unreadable. I thought they were lost forever. Until today. Very happy with this app! Thank you!
